When the cat goes to the toilet, it does not urinate on the litter, but urinates on the wall, inside the litter box, or in the gap between the ball bucket and the base. This may also be because the cat is not used to it. Please give the cat more time to adapt and slowly guide them to use it correctly. Common problems with network configuration and APP: (1) Check whether the mobile phone is connected to the 5G signal of the router. You should first switch to the 2.4G network connected to the router on the mobile phone, and then the machine will pair with the network. (2) The router is in dual-band mode. Please refer to the router setting instructions to split the 2.4G and 5G signals and connect to the 2.4G band. (3) The mobile phone does not turn on Bluetooth and satellite positioning when pairing the network. (4) Press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 2 seconds to enter the network mode.
